Dear customers, you are wondering where you can track the status of your order? You will get all the answers here.

First of all, you need to go to our website and log into your customer area.

How to do it? :

  • Press the "My Account" section which is located at the top right of the website to the left of the "Shopping Cart".
  • Once in your customer area you must press the heading "History and details of orders".
  • You will find your order number with the date of purchase, price, payment method, and the status and invoice of your order.

NB : Your order status is then listed in this section on the same line as your order number. To follow more in detail the status of your package you have the possibility to click on "Details" which is on this same line and you can know, follow all the status of your package.

To better understand the status of orders here are some explanations: 

  • Waiting for bank transfer : We are waiting for your bank transfer to prepare your order.
  • Waiting for PayPal payment: The Paypal payment is being processed, we are waiting for validation, it may take a few minutes. 
  • Payment accepted : Your order has been taken into account, it will be prepared.
  • In preparation : Your order has been taken into account and is being prepared and packed by us.
  • Ready (Click and Collect) : Your order is ready for pick up.
  • Shipping : Your order is ready and waiting for the carrier.
  • Shipped : Your order has been handed.
  • Payment error : There is an error in the payment of your order. Please contact us.
  • Delivered : The package has been delivered to the address you requested. 
  • Cancelled : Your order has been cancelled. 
  • Refunded and Partial Refund : The transfer has been made and you will soon receive your refund, regardless of the method of refund you have chosen.
  • Waiting for restocking : We will contact you, then we will contact our supplier to have more stock.
