Bauer PROTO2 Black Senior Hockey Stick

Bauer PROTO2 Black Senior Hockey Stick – Elite Power, Precision and Control

Experience elite-level performance with the Bauer PROTO2 Black Senior Hockey Stick, a premium composite ice hockey stick designed for players who demand powerful shooting, accurate puck placement and exceptional handling.

Building on the performance of the original PROTO generation, the Bauer PROTO2 Black combines an advanced Mid-Kick Point, lightweight TeXtreme carbon fiber construction, rigid boron fiber technology and an upgraded blade core.

Available in Senior Flex 65, 70, 77 and 87, the Bauer PROTO2 Senior hockey stick offers different stiffness options to match individual shooting styles, strength and preferences.

Elite Mid-Kick Point for Explosive Shot Power

The Bauer PROTO2 Black Senior features an advanced Mid-Kick construction engineered to optimize shaft loading and energy transfer.

By concentrating the flex profile around the middle of the shaft, this design helps players generate powerful wrist shots, snap shots and slap shots while maintaining shooting accuracy.

The Mid-Kick Bauer hockey stick is particularly suited to players who want to combine strong shooting mechanics with controlled puck release from different areas of the ice.

TeXtreme Carbon Fiber and Advanced Boron Technology

The Bauer PROTO2 Black hockey stick uses advanced TeXtreme carbon fiber technology in its shaft construction.

It also incorporates ultra-lightweight boron fiber, an advanced material used by Bauer Hockey to deliver a high strength-to-weight ratio, efficient energy storage and improved responsiveness.

This combination contributes to a lightweight, rigid and responsive hockey stick built for demanding competitive play.

The boron fiber technology is included in Bauer PROTO2 sticks rated 40 flex and above, including all four Senior flex options.

Upgraded PROTO2 Blade Core for Enhanced Puck Feel

The Bauer PROTO2 Black Senior Hockey Stick features the upgraded PROTO2 Blade Core, engineered to be lighter than the previous generation.

This improved construction enhances puck feel, blade responsiveness and energy return, helping players maintain better control during fast-paced situations.

Whether receiving passes, handling the puck in tight spaces or preparing a quick shot, the PROTO2 blade technology provides a responsive connection between the player and the puck.

Optimized Balance and Hybrid Shaft Shape

The Bauer PROTO2 Senior benefits from an optimized balance point designed to create a lighter feel in the hands.

Improved weight distribution helps players maneuver the stick efficiently during stickhandling, puck protection and defensive stick checks.

Its Hybrid Shaft Shape combines comfortable handling with a controlled grip profile, making the Bauer PROTO2 Black suitable for a wide range of playing situations.

Bauer PROTO2 Black Senior – Choose Your Flex

The Bauer PROTO2 Black Senior Hockey Stick is offered in four flex ratings:

• 65 Flex: a more flexible option for players looking for easier shaft loading and responsive shooting.
• 70 Flex: a balanced choice combining flexibility, shot power and control.
• 77 Flex: a versatile stiffness for players with established shooting mechanics.
• 87 Flex: a stiffer option for stronger players who can effectively load the shaft.

Choosing the correct Senior hockey stick flex depends on player weight, strength, shooting technique and personal preference.

Stick length and any shaft cutting may also influence the effective stiffness and overall feel.
