How to clean your bearings:

• Remove the wheel bearings
• Carefully remove dirt on the surface
• Store the bearings on the rack
• Add a degreasing liquid to the bottle
• Place the support in the liquid, close the lid, shake and leave to rest
• Remove bearings from support
• Ideally, search the bearings carefully with compressed air
• Lubricate and reinstall the bearings in the wheels
