The 10mm thickness makes it particularly suitable for replacing a worn, damaged or missing skate liner shock absorber, as well as for adjusting heel height in compatible skate setups.

Install underneath the liner or underneath the insole

One of the main advantages of the FR Skates Shock Absorber is its versatile installation. Depending on the skate and liner configuration, it can be positioned in different locations.

Underneath the liner: the shock absorber is positioned inside the skate shell and directly underneath the liner. This configuration slightly raises the rear section of the liner.

Underneath the insole: the shock absorber is installed inside the liner, directly underneath the insole at the heel.

With either configuration, make sure that the heel shock absorber remains correctly positioned and that your foot is still properly supported inside the skate.

Suitable for many skate and liner configurations

The FR Skates 10mm Shock Absorber is designed as a replacement part for FR Skates Liners, but its potential use is not necessarily limited to FR Skates products.

Thanks to its independent installation underneath the liner or insole, this shock absorber for aggressive and freeride skates can be used with many skate configurations that provide sufficient space.

It may be suitable for various skates and liners from FR Skates, K2, THEM, Roces, Razors and USD, including certain Razors Cult and USD Carbon setups.
