What are the conditions for returning a product?

You had a problem with your order and you want to return a product? We explain you all the terms of return here.

In each package you receive, you will find inside a flyer explaining how to make a return.

Returns and exchanges are done within a maximum of 100 days.
All products must be returned to us in their original packaging, without having been used or damaged. If these conditions are not respected, we reserve the right to refuse your return. Unless it is an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
